Every day we publish emails with a number of investment homes in DFW Metroplex that have been preselected by our experts meeting tough criteria for:

Property must meet the 40% to 90% Rule
Every day our sytems analyze about 300 to 400 foreclosed properties placed in the market by the government and banks. We are looking to find only those deals that are within our guidelines. The properties must meet our criteria to produce the right CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis). From these properties we extract the deals that can be bought at huge discounts.

CMA
Every property comes with a BPO (Brokers Price Opinion) or automated CMA. CMAs are done by automated systems and Real Estate Experts that must be licensed by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission).
